Trailer Refrigeration has been in business since 1975. We do not sell, trade or otherwise make available information from our customers. We respect your privacy and work hard to protect your information. Order Cancellation Policy Due to the large number of possible units, we are not able to stock every model. As a result, we build units as they are ordered. In the event an order is cancelled, we will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Return Policy For ordering errors, if a customer orders the wrong model, we will ship the correct model once we receive the old unit back in our shop. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the errant unit as well as shipping on the correct unit. For warranty replacements, customers will ship the defective unit back to our shop freight prepaid. Once we receive the unit, we will bench test the unit. If we determine the unit is defective, we will refund the shipping cost.
